Life is what happens between wifi signals.
Take a moment and really think about that. Digest it.
It is so easy to get caught up in this world where we are constantly connected, so I decided to take a healthy digital detox in order to reconnect - mind, body, spirit.
Now I'm back more mindful, centered, rooted and stronger than ever! While we all love this incredible world of connectivity, we need to be sure to make time for personal connections and to take time to live in the moment.
